The Corporate Fox Society started in my DMs.

A woman with long blonde hair, wearing glasses, a blue and white striped shirt, and a black tie, is holding a pen to her lips. She is standing in front of a wooden bookshelf with various books and a large handbag with teddy bear and logo motifs in the background.
Hey! I’m Ivana!

As The Corporate Fox grew, messages kept arriving from smart, accomplished women at every stage of their careers. Different titles, different industries, but the same feeling: “I’ve worked hard to get here, but I don’t know who to ask about what comes next.”

I knew that feeling, because I had lived it. I entered corporate America as an intern, from an immigrant family, ambitious but without a roadmap or anyone to explain the unwritten rules.

I spent the next 15 years building a career in male-dominated commercial real estate, often as one of the only women in the room. I am incredibly proud of how far I came, but figuring out so much of it alone was lonely.

A woman with long blonde hair in a black blazer and black pants sitting on a modern wire chair, holding a silver Apple MacBook, with scattered papers, photos, and a smartphone on the floor around her against a plain light background.

I created The Corporate Fox to say the quiet parts out loud and share the advice I wish someone had given me.

But as the audience grew, I realized the women following me did not need more content nearly as much as they needed one another. They wanted honest conversations, trusted relationships and a circle they could turn to when the next move felt too important to navigate alone.

So I created The Corporate Fox Society to give ambitious professional women more than content. It is a place to be known, ask honest questions, learn from women beyond your company and build relationships that do not disappear when the event ends.

Today, members across industries and countries share what they know, challenge one another, attend masterclasses, meet in real life and show up when it matters. It is the community I wish I had as an intern—and the one I still want beside me now.
